This notice covers wagendar.com and its Vercel-hosted previews. It describes the website, not the future iPhone app. A separate app privacy notice will accompany the app release.

Early-access requests

The request form prepares an email draft on your device. Nothing from the form is submitted to our server or saved in browser storage. You decide whether to send the draft in your email app. If you send it, your email address and message arrive at the product owner’s mailbox, hburbano@bbox.co, through your email provider.

We use requests to reply about Wagendar and testing opportunities. Sending a request does not create an account or automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not include patient information, shift records, or pay details. You can ask us to delete your request or stop contacting you by emailing the same address.

Hosting and visits

Vercel hosts this website and may process connection information such as your IP address, request time, browser information, and requested page to deliver and protect the service. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or marketing cookies to the site. Your email provider handles information you choose to send through email.

Retention and questions

Requests remain in the owner’s email account while they are useful for testing coordination or follow-up. We review them when the testing program changes and honor deletion requests, subject to any information we must retain. This website does not promise a fixed retention period for email-provider backups or hosting logs.
